Shipping and Returns


How do I return an item?

Whether it’s the wrong size, faulty, or you just don’t like it, returning an item is easy and we can exchange or refund you.

Item's must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

Fill in the Returns Form that you can download here (print the document and use your Order Number as the Return Authorisation Number on the form).

Slip the item(s) and Return Form back into the package they were delivered in (you don’t have to return the Tote Bag… it’s a gift from us).

Return postage is not covered so please be careful when selecting your products. You must include tracking and provide us with a tracking number. Most international packages take longer depending on country. Your refund will be processed in the same payment method as the purchase within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the garment. Product must be in resalable condition.

Once the item is received by us and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition (tried on of course, but not worn or washed and with tags still intact), you will receive an email regarding the approval for your refund or exchange request. Please note that we can not guarantee that your preferred exchange item will be in stock.

International Returns

Please note that we offer a refund or store credit for all International returns. We do not offer exchanges.

Can any item be returned?

Yes, provided:
  • It’s returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
  • It’s in its original condition (tried on of course, but not worn, soiled, fragranced or washed) with all the tags still attached.
  • Water bottles and towels cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear this - let's get this resolved as quickly as possible.

sōlo the staple is proud to use Australia Post within Australia.

You have two options when you make an order with us:
  • 1. Free Standard Parcel Post which takes two or more business days (we’ve got you covered).
  • 2. Express Post which is next day delivery (this is an additional $13 cost to the order).

As soon as your order is packed and posted, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information.

Please Note: Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. You can track your delivery through parcel tracking, the chatbot and the MyPost App. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit

International Shipping

We work with DHL Express to ship your sōlo pieces to you as fast and reliable as possible, reaching most countries between 4 and 9 days. Please make sure you add your phone number when making your purchase to assist with tracking.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country. When you make a purchase from sōlo the staple, you are liable for any additional duties.
